Why do I have to explain my transactions?

Sometimes we might ask for an explanation of your transactions or even additional documents and proof.

But here’s the deal: as a financial institution, we have a responsibility to keep track of all account activity to ensure your safety. It’s not about suspecting any shady business—we just need to stay on top of everything with your Monemon account.  

Think of it as our way to protect you and all our users. 

What happens if I don’t respond?


If we don’t receive a response to our request, we may be required to restrict your account usage. 


This means you might not be able to make transactions or access certain services until we receive the necessary information.

We understand this might feel inconvenient, but it’s an important part of keeping Monemon secure for everyone. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
