What to do if I lost my phone?
If you've lost your phone and are worried someone might access your account, it’s best to temporarily block it for safety.
To block access to your account, simply send an email to noworries@monemon.com from the email you used to sign up.
I probably got frauded?
If you suspect fraudulent activity on your Monemon account, act fast:
- Email us noworries@monemon.com from your registered email to block access and report all the details about the case. What happened and when?
- Check transactions – review your account for unauthorized charges and take note of any suspicious activity. Let us know and we'll take care of it!
I made a payment to a fraudster!
If you made a transaction from your Monemon account and suspect it was fraudulent, report it to us via in-app chat or email. It would be useful to send us:
- all the details about the case
- attach any relevant documents or conversation files.
We also suggest filing a complaint with the police as soon as possible.
