If you haven't received your card in 7 days, just reach out to us through the app chat. Our customer care heroes will track down your card and find a solution!
Unrecognized card transactions!
Sometimes the store name may look different from what you see in your transaction details. If you don’t recognize the name, check the amount and date to see if it jogs your memory.
If you still don’t recognize it, we recommend locking your card immediately and reaching out to us via the app chat. Our team will help you sort it out!
Oops! Card is lost...
If you can't find your Monemon card but think you might still locate it, just lock it in the app. Once you find it, you can easily unlock it from the same place.
If your card is permanently lost or stolen, close your card immediately. Go to Settings and click Nuke it! Be sure to check your latest transactions to make sure they’re all yours. If you need help, just message us in the app chat!
