What subscription applies to me when I sign up?

When you join Monemon, you’ll automatically get the Coin Collector plan for free. This plan allows you to:

make unlimited Intra-Monemon payments with no fees.

Note: If you order the Monemon card, the card monthly fee will be debited in the end of month.

But, we recommend upgrading to the Gold Getter plan, which offers additional benefits, including:

unlimited SEPA transfers
limited cash withdrawals
MoneCoin bonuses

...all for free!

How to change my subscription?

To change your subscription

tap your Avatar
go to My Profile
select Subscription

Pick your new plan and start enjoying the benefits! The monthly fee for your new plan will be charged on the same date you selected the subscription, but from the next month.

Can Monemon change my subscription?

If you don’t have enough money in your account when it’s time to pay, we might downgrade your plan.

Here’s how it works:

We’ll send you reminders before and after the payment date to let you know to add funds.
If you don’t add money by the next payment date, we’ll switch you to the Coin Collector plan (if you’re on an upgraded plan).
To stop your debt from growing, we’ll also close your debit cards.

We’re here to help you stay on top of things and avoid unnecessary fees. Keep your account funded and stay in control!
