We get it—it’s frustrating, but guess what? You’re one of the lucky ones who get personal attention!

Just onboarded but can’t pay? 

No worries! After onboarding, you can receive payments, but to make outgoing payments, you’ll need to activate your account. 

Simply make a payment from your personal account at another bank. 

Once the payment is received, your account will be activated! This is an extra security step, and you’ll need some funds to start spending anyway.
